This is by far the worst company ever. Don’t even dare and try to contract them at all. They cancel your appointments last minute. And reschedule you again to cancel later on. Make sure you read the contract because the owner agrees to something over the phone and ends up changing his mind and tries to use the contract as his proof. It’s been more than 4 months and they can’t even get the city to approve their work. They don’t answer the phone calls at all or emails. You will basically have to wait for them to contact you and will come do the repairs when they want. This was my biggest mistake ever and I do really regret contracting them. Work still hasn’t been done and they don’t want to give any money back for the lack of service and responsibility. If I was able to give it zero stars I would.

If at all possible if this is the company AHS assigns for your repairs fight tooth and nail to get your request reassigned. I have been assigned this company on 3 different ocassions within a years time frame. I believe if they had done the work correct the first time I would have only had to see them once. But I don't think the tech new what he was doing. They are not a timely or responsive company at all. It took over a week to get a hold of them to schedule the repairs each time and when they arrived the technician was very unprofessional and acted like it was a bother for him to even be there. I also blame AHS for forcing this contractor on me. I got the same excuse everytime I called to complain and request my ticket be reassigned... "this was the only contractor available"... well then they need to expand their list as this is unacceptable.

Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Mike came out to fix my lighting issues and completed half of the work. I was told they would be getting back to me to finish the job and never received a call or heard from them since. I've left several messages and was even told a supervisor would return my call and still nothing. They are avoiding all of my calls and American Home Shield is now in the process of canceling their contract with them due to several other complaints. Do NOT do business with this company!!

Incredibly unprofessional! Initially requested their services 2 weeks ago, then had to chase them down for an appointment commitment 4 days ago. They confirmed a date and timeframe, but never showed up. I had moved my schedule to accommodate them and they didn't even show up or phone me to reschedule or anything. Finally got them on the phone, and at first they said they don't have a service request from me, then "found" it and said they don't have any technicians available and can only help me 4 days from now. So they basically just string their customers along. They shouldn't be in business.

This company is so unprofessional. I tried calling everyday and there's no way to leave a message if the voice mail is full. First American Home Warranty assigned this idiot. I could have died from heat exhaustion or a stroke. I had to find my own contractor to check the wire for my AC. My warranty company does not have any electricians.

Came from my home warranty, they said home warranty wouldnt cover it. than left my breaker box uncovered and gave us estimate. The technician Thomas said they could most likely come back out the same day and when I called to do the work based on their estimate they said they wouldn't be able to come out until next week. I'm without power in half my house including my 2 refrigerators, I cant wait that long. So I called someone else. That's coming out same day and at a cheaper price. And the receptionist when calling is very hard to understand. All around horrible experience

Mike did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than expected. Showed him one of the outlets that was not working, he got right to it, fixed the problem. He was there less than twenty minutes. Yeahh!!!
American Home Shield sent him out after they first sent Jaeger Electric who was there for over an hour, testing (diagnosing), told us he could not find problem.
Called American Home Shield to send another electric company, they referred Jaeger Electric again. They called and said it was a circuit overload and declined to come.
Called AHS and said we want ANOTHER company so that is when they sent T & J Investment with much success. Very satisfied. Thank you Mike.

Canceled four appointments, took a 50 percent deposit, never sent me a invoice or contract and has not refunded my deposit in full sense. Don't trust this company or give him a deposit without the proper paperwork. Judge Judy here we go !!!
