Overall, I had a positive experience with the company. The technician was skilled and handled the job well. My only concern was a scheduling issue—they sent the technician while guests were still occupying the short-term rental, despite our agreement that the work would be done after standard check out time. Aside from that, I was pleased with the service.

I remain amazed at the level of service: the responsiveness, follow up, and attention to completing every aspect of the job. And our chimney was built in 1922, so it was not straightforward at all.
