I am so angry and disgusted by this new office staff. I stated here as a client when I first started driving in my teens on my parents account then switch to my own account and was with them for many years. Went to state farm for a couple years then came back for a while because they were great. Ever since Tim left this office it has gone straight to trash. My recent policy started in June. We added an old used truck to our account a month before the policy started and had already made our first payment. Got an adjusted bill for way higher. Paid it then decided we could not keep up with the high rates. They do not call you or email or send a mailing notice that they are charging you more, so you just find out when you log into the app. We thought we were all straight and switched to a new insurance company. Then 2 months later we are getting a collection notice saying we owed even MORE MONEY! Again, NO phone call, NO email, NO mailing notice we had a past bill. Just straight to collections? They are horrible people and I am begging any and everyone who reads this review to keep it moving somewhere else. The new people here are not personable, not kind, and all around terrible. They don’t care about people at all. We got our new policy to just under $3,000 for a year for 3 vehicles, full coverage with another company which is WAY cheaper then Allstate which was around $2,300 for 6 months. 🙏🏽 Save yourself, your families money and time.

Please do not try to post on here like people are making things up. It just goes to show how unprofessional you all are.

Canceled our policy and they kept trying to bill us. Called the office and the man who answered was very rude. Not worth taking the time to provide the details. Use a different agency that respects the customer.

I recently switched to another insurance provider. I had direct email correspondence with my agent asking her to call me back so I could cancel, and then asked if we could schedule a time to speak since the office was so unreachable, with no luck. I called the office every day for about a week until I was able to get in touch with someone to cancel my auto insurance.
When I finally got in touch with someone (not my agent but someone else in the office), I was able to cancel my insurance...
or so I thought! Come to find out 26 days later, it was never cancelled! I got a bill for $1,650 for missed payments AND a premium raise for an insurance I thought I had successfully cancelled nearly a month prior.
Not great customer service.

I called Suzanne Paddock Mace Agency for an Allstate auto and home insurance quote but decided to remain with my current insurance company. However, the quotes were activated by Allstate as policies without my consent. This was back in December 2023. Since then I have received quite a few invoices and collection notices. Calls and emails are not returned. I've contacted collection agency and provided proof that we have insurance with our provider but nothing has come of it. Maybe a bad review will get some action. If not, I'll have no recourse but to lodge a complaint with insurance commissioner. I don't expect a call back within an hour or even a day. But this is beyond ridiculous.

Rates keep going up and up and up and up. Never had an accident. Been with this company for years. No break in the rates. Customer service horrible. Called and spoke to my agency, they said they would review my plan and call me back. NEVER CALLED BACK! Gives the same excuses, 'Maryland raised its rates again'. I HATE IT HEAR AND YOU WILL TOO! Don't do it!
