I can't say enough good things about the experiences we've had with the Fostoria, OH Superior Branch. From day to day banking to securing an auto loan, this location is on point! I worked with Jessica B. to get pre-approval on my auto loan since I had to go out of the area to find the specific vehicle I wanted. She had everything in order and once we test drove the vehicle she had everything sent for signatures, etc in no time. We were able to have everything done and return home with my new to me vehicle the same day. I was so relieved that all of the details were taken care of and the whole experience was seamless and smooth! Her awesome customer service is most appreciated!

I have asked for assistance from my personal banker, Kim Biddle, approximately a half dozen times over this last year and Kim has always gone above and beyond for me. A few times her help included helping me to prepare my child for “adult life” and several instances it was me who needed her insight. Kim always sets appointments with my convenience in mind and I’m appreciative of that. Highly recommend both the Fostoria branch of SCU and Kim Biddle.

Rude tellers- specifically Brittany. I needed to cash a check FROM this credit union. She said she would have to hold it for a week after spending 10 minutes scrolling on her computer looking at god knows what not speaking to me.Then magically after I ask WHY, I have always cashed this check here for the last 3 years… proceeds to ask me how I’d like my money Feels like they want to give you a hard time for no reason. I’ve been a member since 2015. Very disappointed in this location. Will never return.
