If you are low-middle income, this is a comfortable community mobile park. The park managers try to keep the area clean and in repair. Requests for repairs are completed as soon as possible - be patient (renters). Mobiles are occupied by renters and owners.

If you need or are one to work on your own vehicals property management dies not allow you to work on vehicles within the moble home park. Lots of police activity and issuea with units being broken into.

First of all they need to pull all the trailer houses out that are not li eagle some of them the doors are where a person cab easily get in there with out a key and then the walls is a joke there's to much wrong with these trailers.

I just went there and I've got a very good deal so go check it out you guys talked to April she's a good girl she'll get you all set up and ready I know nobody wants to talk about somebody dying but you know what we need to have take care of that

Staff helpful,and reasonably friendly. Residences clean and quiet. Property clean,quiet, and resonably safe. Residences unofficially watch out for others in property.

Poor management, poor upkeep, carol is cool gave me a lot of chances but maintenance is not good at all
