I have banked with this bank for going on 4 years now and I have to say that dealing with other banks in the past, this one has been my favorite bank! It does get annoying when I try to make certain purchases online and suspicious activity pops up but I just have to work around that. Customer service is excellent! They are the most helpful and kind people who takes very good care of their clients!

It’s crazy how horrible the service is here. I feel like these people here think I want to spend all day here. You stand at the front door for 20 minutes because the check in computer is broke and then sit for 40 minutes waiting to meet a banker. I mean put out a clipboard like every other bank. Don’t bank here unless you want the headache.

Bank couldn’t care less about customers. They can not keep your money safe! 3x in 9 month period I have had fraudulent charges. They could care less. Withdrew my money and working on closing all my accounts. Sad part is, the woman who was supposed to help me at the branch located on the south side of Lakeland couldn’t close my account fast enough. You guys might want to start hiring bankers that try to retain client’s.

Sara is absolutely amazing! She is very thorough and goes above and beyond to make your time in the branch as smooth as possible. Sara is very efficient and does not waste your time. While it takes one thing to process Sara takes the time to get information so the next step is ready to be taken care of. Sara also gave us great information on how to get a business loan and even started the process for us. I would recommend if you go into this branch to allow Sara to handle your needs.

Not only did I have fraud but the card being sent in the mail was cancelled, when I went to get a card printed over a week ago the machines were down all over the entire state and then the bank was closed Tuesday-Friday for the hurricane and closed again for Columbus Day Shame on you after a disaster we all have bills to pay and need access to our money BAD call very bad totally unprofessional due to how many days it was already closed
