Ray has done my taxes for about 7yrs. This past 2023 calendar year he drew up my taxes pretended to file, cashed my check, my taxes were never submitted. He refuses to get back to me, I’ve left multiple ways of communication. I spend 2hrs waiting to speak to someone from the IRS, for them to inform me they have nothing.
