The service was OK, but what made me wanna give a negative review was how Seline was being unprofessional. She looked annoyed and irritated of helping me, Even though I paid for her service. The paperwork wasn’t properly done, So I came back for her to fix it. She looked so annoyed and she told me she was going to charge me again for it. I had to convince her so she wouldn’t charge me full price. It didn’t helped her rude comments that’s pretty much what made me want to write her a negative review. At least be professional and don’t get your emotions involved. Word of advice if anybody is coming to her make sure she does her job right, because she clearly doesn’t care.

They answered every question I had, and most importantly, they made me feel welcomed. The process varies depending on each individual, but for me, it took less than 20 minutes to file.
