We came to Strickland Strickland, Nuske, Friend & Berry for our 2023 taxes as our longtime accountant had just retired. Our previous accountant was prompt and effective with communication as well as very helpful and generous to help out in any way he could answer any questions that may help my taxes. I cannot say that about Strickland, Nuske, Friend & Berry. It starts with the secretary she was extremely rude and unhelpful very dismissive of my concerns. I then talked to Eric for approximately 5-10 minutes on the phone and I brought my tax information in for him to review and then we were supposed to have a face-to-face meeting to go over everything and then I can answer any questions he had. The next interaction after dropping the files off was a call from the rude secretary saying the taxes were done and to pay the fee and then you can pick them up so that they will file them. There was never any face-to-face meeting with Erick or even a reach out about it. And when I requested to talk to him face to face before signing when I came to pick up the taxes, she refused and said he's busy and won't meet with you. Just pay your fee and move on. That is what Strickland, Nuske, Friend & Berry is about, mass production and getting through them as fast as they can with little concern for your needs or questions and that is the reason why I'm giving a one-star review. I hope that this review will have Strickland, Nuske, Friend & Berry review and address their failed communication practices as well as addressing the attitude of the secretary who has always been rude and disrespectful in every conversation with not only me but my secretary as well in multiple instances. So I cannot recommend this firm and I highly suggest you go elsewhere to find a CPA firm who actually takes the time to care about you the client instead of their profit and business practices first.

Worst experience ever, they do no research to learn your business or to help you maximize deductions legally. I recommend finding someone who wants to help you and not hurt your business cash flow.
