This is by far the worst management company I have ever worked with. Any future landlords or tenants stay away from this company!!! Terrible customer service!! Leslie Garcia will never answer texts or emails promptly. You put a service request and they don’t do anything about it for months! Jack Tooley is always CC’d on emails and he never reply’s either. STAY AWAY FROK THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

I have never worked with any company more dead set on purposely creating a terrible customer experience than Strategic Asset Management. It took them 3 weeks to reply to an email asking for permission for us, the tenant, to pay to replace an AC unit during 105+ degree days in Texas. 3 weeks! They prove time and time again that they do not care about people, and go out of their way to show it.
