I've had a long career in manufactured housing that has spanned over 2 decades. The collaboration with Stonetown Capital has been nothing short of amazing. Many MH Community Operators preach that they have the resident's best interest in mind but most of the time, fall short. I've watched firsthand how they treat and care for the residents and assist them to fulfil dreams of being a homeowner. I highly recommend Stonetown and their communities.

They have purchased trailer parks here in Lexington Oklahoma and the trash blowed all over the road is disgusting and they don't give a darn. Baby calves on the ranches across the street swallowing plastic bags and choking to death. They are too cheap to pick up the trash on the road. Nothing but a bunch of Slum Lords.
They make sure that their phone numbers connected to a live person. Their office manager says it's not their responsibility. TRAILER TRASH

I have been trying to get ahold of this community for weeks. I’ve left numerous voicemails and emailed. My property manager has also tried to get ahold of them. I’m doing everyone I can not to lose my house since we got behind due to medical issues and financial hardship but I can’t even get ahold of anyone. I’ve never been behind like this anywhere I’ve lived and I’m doing everything I can to get ahold of them and they will not answer. The bank they go through told me there’s nothing they can do and that I’d have to co tact Stonetown who isn’t answering. This doesn’t seem fair at all.

I do not even know where to begin. I live in Trails End & the community manager is AWFUL. I've had numerous issues since before I ever even moved in. So I've gone above him & spoken to the district mgr. She helped to clarify some things. I cannot get anyone to respond to me at all EVER. Emails, texts, calls go unanswered every time. Yet they sure want to collet the money each month. I am disabled. I Have lived here since November and still do not have a driveway. It's a river of mud full of dangerous debris (from a mobile home fire years ago). Everyday I have to make a decision to either walk a good distance to my door, or go surfing on the mud river. I have fallen twice. a visitor cut her foot on glass. NOBODY WILL SPEAK TO ME. This mobile home park management team is not great. I love the location but the management team needs to be replaced. Period.

I have a dead pine tree 3 feet from my home. Branch’s have started falling on my roof at this point. I have asked management to do something but they keep saying they need approval. I have emailed y’all and I never received a response. Can someone just give me a time frame to get this tree taken care of? I live in Victoria Village in Magnolia TX. Lot 3

I have tried and tried to get help without having to contact the news and other people getting involved but have gotten nowhere with managers and other ones here at Cedar Ridge,I moved here 6 months ago and it was supposed to be in a remolded double wide. I was so excited I was going to have space for my grand-kids and I and have a big yard to have flowers and stuff, instead I got a nightmare, I was lied to from the beginning and still am being lied to. Im totally disabled and have a front porch where I have fallen, my floor inside has holes in it that were covered up with cheap flooring. A bath tub that has cracks in it and can"t be used.My other bathroom has plumbing broke and so we can"t even take baths or shower.So for 2 months we can't bathe.I pay over a thousand dollars a month{that I pay every month on time} and yet can"t bathe. Management here says it"s because you guys won"t approve this stuff to be fixed. That is insane.So I decided to post this review. I am a human being who deserves to be treated as a human being.

Can't get cairn communities (stonetown capitals company) to come fix my house that I'm paying 80 grand for. Been having nothing but problems from the beginning. Can't get any managers to do anything. Probably finna go to small claims court to make a claim.... Super sad cause I love my house just need better employees.

My experience there is horrible terrible very bad control the good people that has been there for years was said by the good neighbors we do not want them there in Illinois learn the truth I personally went thru a lot trying to live there in peace there was not a regional manager there before in September of 2015 only a manager now there's a older female there in the office was in the front where you drive in now it is on the side make a bigger one for that person in the office I seen her bring her daughter there drives her around the trailer park only her there she has the curtains close has her daughter there she had just been a bad manager she did a lot of bad thing's there I had my car's there they towed 2 of my cars a way by the big shots the original owner live there did everything possible to be a good owner now that change everything possible with the new owner that lives out of state these no good big shots have other so call community that they call them selves so they can control people there they had a good fair lawyer they fired him they can't wait for there rent if you don't pay that rent that same month look out going to take that trailer a way from you I have gotten threaded harassment there by that regional manager has a bad attitude that I personally experienced there they had put a trailer there that was always empty charging a lot More for rent putting up more trailers was force also to pay more money to have a contact with the towing company all because the tow driver said to me that person in the office force the owner by her mistakes pay for towing good people cars that regional manager said that her is a good manager there is to many bad business things that I know that they have done that just is no good
