MaryBeth was highly recommended by a friend and we have been very pleased with the services she has provided. The first time she did our taxes, she caught a small error my employer made which would have caused me a huge headache. She was so helpful with our tax preparation that we have made separate consultation appointments with her for both business and personal financial issues. The information she has provided has been extremely helpful and worth every penny. I highly recommend her; she really seems to know what she's doing. I have recommended her to others and they have also been quite happy with her services. We have had nothing but friendly, professional interactions with MaryBeth and Georgine.

Would leave ZERO stars if I could since they don't need/want new clients. Was recommended as we need an accountant/financial adviser. Called 3 times over the span of 5 weeks and was promised a call back when Mary Beth was available. Waited 2 weeks and at second call was told "thank you for following up, we are busy but we will be in touch shortly" waited another 2 weeks and no call. So I called for the THIRD time and was told that "they are involved in some audits and that takes priority". couldn't be bothered to call over the month period and say that. Was also told to call someone else. Guess you don't need new clients....

My entire family goes to Mary Beth. I called to get a few questions answered. Just questions, that I would gladly pay for. The lady who answered the phone was SO rude. I've only heard wonderful things about Mary Beth, but the front desk lady needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Don't come here unless you like to get insulted and treated like verbal or electronic punching bag. Customer service is worse than a McDonalds drive-thru. Yes they can do taxes, great, but so can every other H&R block in the country and they won't leave me cursing in my head. Enjoy!
