Super thankful to be renting here. 🙂 The staff have always been super kind even from the first meeting! Tyler was super helpful and honest when I was first interested in renting, and made the whole process really easy and smooth! Toby also came out to help when my heater stopped working during a cold season, and he did a great job and was very efficient! Would definitely recommend renting with Stewardship Properties 🙂

I submitted a maintenance request that was handled very quickly and professionally! Josh came out and took the time to fix everything wonderfully and timely. Even made an additional trip to the hardware store to make sure my repairs were done perfectly. He is so personable and friendly as well. For sure a keeper!!!

I have been living here for a few months now and love it. The staff are friendly and they care about each tenant. I have called in a couple of times and someone always call back about your request. The apartments are well kept.

I had submitted a maintenance request in and Josh came out the next day and fixed my clogged tub. He is friendly and a skilled maintenance man. I'm grateful to be living here.

BEYOND Great service from the Maintenance Professional Josh. He is not only friendly, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and prompt. He was able to accommodate a time change fortunately for me because I am a 12hr nightshifter and early mornings dont work well for me. When letting unfamiliar people into your home for things like this sometimes it can cause uneasiness. He communicated effectively to explain what he was doing while providing knowledge about the appliances. He came to fix a oven issue I was having and did a walk through my apartment to address and resolve any minor issues. He found two small things and addressed both on his visit. He was fast as well as efficient which was very helpful. 10 out of 10 I would recommend his expertise. I will be asking for Josh for my future maintenance issues service with a smile.
