By far greatest Stephanie is amazing she will go out and about to get the best insurance that will cover the most. Just had surgery done 6 weeks ago leading to my surgery Stephanie wanted to make sure we got all of coverage from our insurance for my hospital bill and anesthesiologist Stephanie wanted to make sure we got everything taken care of before the surgery and she did by far the best .

Stephanie has been a great help over the years. We got my wife's medical insurance thru her. She helped us with all the issues we had with the insurance company. We now have our Medicare supplements thru her. I would recommend Stephanie to anybody.

I was encouraged to use Stephanie through a friend. What I thought was a very thorough & professional experience with her from our initial first phone call to set up insurance turned into a nightmare down the road for us. I don’t know much about insurance to be honest, but after our experience and speaking directly to multiple marketplace representatives to fix her mistakes, Stephanie cost us thousands of dollars. She listed my husband as head of household when the insurance was only meant for myself and my son - who work a job that pays less than 25k a year. Because she listed my husband as HOH (and I told her directly I didn’t want him listed and she ensured me he wasn’t to keep the costs down for my payments) my insurance premium during tax time made us pay back thousands of dollars. Even though my husband wasn’t even covered by our insurance.
She also put me on a different insurance when I cancelled my other policy was cancelled- she knew we were trying to get pregnant & in fact had me on two separate other insurances to support a hospital stay for labor & one for accidental coverage. When I switched to this company she signed us up for, things seemed to be fine until I started getting doctors bills from prenatal visits for hundreds of dollars. She then tried to backtrack and tell me that I never disclosed wanting to get pregnant with her (the only reason we signed up through her to get insurance) & now I’m let paying for doctors bills and that premium due to her mistakes. She told us if we disclosed our pregnancy to her she wouldn’t have signed us up for the insurance I ended up with - again, not taking responsibility for her mistake as it was disclosed and I had been paying for a whole other insurance through her that was for hospital stay only during labor.

The only thing I’ll say is she was nice in our initial meeting but I wish I did more research before using her. When I was desperate to get answers for her mistakes, she quickly pawned me off to call the marketplace, then avoided all conversation once i confronted her about her mistakes & deflected responsibility. Save yourself time and go
Directly to the marketplace for insurance.
