In a world where Customer Service is seemingly non-existent these days, what a tremendous pleasure it was working with this agency. My experience with Kane Gilchrist was outstanding. Her attention to detail with regard to coverage needs and cost options was handled with thoroughness and thoughtfulness. My coverage is better for substantially less cost. I was with my previous insurance company for 20 years and never had the level of quality customer service that I had today. Although I hope to not have to use my insurance, given my experience today I feel as though I can count on this company when needed. Like a good neighbor State Farm IS there. Thank you!

I LOVE this insurance and the people here! They are so helpful and just amazing. My father and family have been with State Farm for so long and I will also be staying with them. If you ever are looking for a new insurance company and all, this is the one! They treat you like if you were family/friends! I have been with this office for 33 years. Brianna always makes it as easy as possible for me to make any changes I need. She answers all my questions no matter how small or large. And she has held my hand through all of my big changes. From renters insurance to homeowners insurance from my sports cars to my minivans she's helped me through it all and even an accident I was involved in. Today I needed a quote on three different kinds of vehicles and she gave it to me in 6 different answers and clearly. I moved two and a half hours away over 20 years ago and I've kept them the whole time. I appreciate all the help they've given me over the years it's kind of like having a little safety net knowing there's people I can trust that have my best interest in mind.
