Trying to file a claim and actually being able to speak with a representative instead of a computer has been a 10 day ordeal that has taken hours away from my time with no answers. It took me almost 7 different calls to claims office, as well as office, before I could get anyone to answer the phone. The office worked for 5 days and still couldn't provide me with who was in charge of my claims. After 10 days I was finally able to reach someone, and they provided little to no help at all. My claim is still in limbo and I still have no information from Allstate or any representative. I feel like I've been swept under a rug and forgot about. Very very frustrated with the entire process and allstate team.
