I had an issue with my prorated dues not being paid in my closing cost and Chandra was AMAZING at helping me get it taken care of. After some poor experiences trying to take care of this online, I reached out to the local representative Chandra. I was pleasantly surprised and cannot say how wonderful she was with trying to help me find out what went wrong and actively working to fix it. Thank you Chandra!

I have had the pleasure to serve on our HOA board for several years now and last year we made the decision to move to SPECTRUM and I couldn't be more pleased with this decision. They have worked diligently to improve the management of our association. Quite frankly our original management company failed us miserably and Spectrum has been able to get the mess they inherited sorted out and in a position to thrive. They have been patient with us as board members and most importantly they have been patient with all of the home owners as we are transitioning to bigger and better things. If you find yourself unhappy with your current management company, I would highly recommend you give Spectrum an opportunity to manage your association.
