Anyone who says this business is professional is not being truthful. I've been the recipient of 8 unfounded (in my and other neighbors opinion) compliance letters in the 15 years I've been an HOA member. You are non-compliant if your home's appearance is not as spiffy as your neighbor's, (but still in good condition) specially if your neighbor is a former HOA board member. The only feedback one receives is an email stating "we received your response". There is NEVER feedback after fixing the issue. If you write and ask for anything, it takes weeks for a response. They simply collect their fees from the HOA and couldn't care less after receipt. I suggest you avoid this business and any like it. They are getting 1 star only because one cannot post with zero stars.

Could not access my own community for >1 week because my key fob randomly stopped working. Poorly responsive despite 6 calls. No urgency to importance of being able to access you OWN HOME. Apathetic customer service until you escalate your level of upset and threaten to contact the owner. Owner should really be made aware of what goes on, they won’t give you owners name or email.

I had an amazing experience with Scott Teter in the Fairmont community in west Melbourne. We had quite the time coordinating repairs with the previous owners but Scott went above and beyond to make it all happen. We 100% would not have closed on the property without his efforts. He did more than was expected of him and we are very grateful for that.

Awful HOA company. Employees are extraordinarily rude, zero personality, and quite unhelpful in every aspect. Unfair with their management and directives for homeowners. Absolutely do not recommend this company/service in the slightest. Stay away if possible.

Worst HOA management company! They do not help the property owns. They show favoritism. They do not follow the bi laws. They will not provide documentation when asked. DO NOT USE THIS “business”. Our property has been damaged for 7 years & it took us 6 yrs to get someone out to inspect & they will not provide the reports to us. They lie! They do not protect our privacy. They give you the run around. We were better off before them.

I’ve watched the CAM allow the HOA board to use homeowners money to publicly harass a homeowner. The CAM then reported in our minutes that the guy was addressing the entire neighborhood - but, the board member said ‘no, this about one particular homeowner’ and called her out by name. The records are falsified.

I also want to know why the CAM allows homeowners money to be used in this manner as opposed to actual HOA business?

SpaceCoast Property Mgmt needs to go back to the licensing board and learn how to properly ‘manage’ an association, as they clearly do not. The waste of my money is outlandish. Sorry excuse for a property management company.

Space Coast property Management takes care of my gated community I was calling with a question about a letter I received in the mail and had to let them know that I couldn't take care of things and right away until I bet back on my feet they're very understanding made a notation in the account and said just to let him know when things turn around. Thank you space Coast management you guys are cool
