A+ experience. I worked with Erin to get all of my policies situated from auto to renters to pup and even was offered a complementary life insurance review with their specialist. When she was done putting it altogether, she saved me almost $800 every six month. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and great with follow up communication on what was needed to get me proper coverage and best price available. I have a lot of policies and she made the process simple and organized.

I have been shipping rates for car and house insurance as they have tripled with my current plan. I used to have Allstate for years but switched when my son started driving because it was way too much for him to afford, I always loved them tho! I called to see if their rates were less than what I’ve been quoted and Erin Pinpin helped me. Rates were a lot lower and I switched back-she was great! Answered all of my questions and made the transfer over easy! Thanks Allstate for always having great employees!

Tilissa is very knowledgeable but more than that: she gets it and how stressful and expensive this is. She is personable and calming and laughed at my attempts to be funny in a not great situation. She followed up promptly and was very receptive. I’ve had terrible experiences with your agents in the past, but not this one! She’s a strong asset to your company.

We left Allstate a few years ago. Unfortunately, the new providers rates went up way more than expected. Thankfully, I recently received mail from Sonia’s Allstate office, so I said why not, it won’t hurt to try and see if our rates could be lowered. I spoke with Marcela, and had a wonderful experience. To our surprise our rates were lowered significantly and she was very helpful in explaining things to me about coverage that had not been explained to me with Geico. Sonny was so helpful not only did he help me with a good insurance quote but he also made sure I had everything in bundle and renter insurance he explained everything to me very well and made sure I was happy with the rate he was very nice and understood me very well.
