Worst property management. I was lied to about fixing the problem. After trying to contact them for weeks they were rude to me. I pay into an HOA and will definitely be making my voice heard about replacing them in the future.

Somerset Management Association was the management compnay for The Landing at Lakeview. They are extremly incompetent and should not be allowed to provide property management serices. Marlo Kelly and Daniel Flood are terrible at their jobs.

Absolutely the worst property management company. Cannot accomplish even the simplest requests. Cannot keep building clean. Cannot provide new fobs for owners. Decks are a mess - weeds growing up in concrete. Deck furniture falling apart. Do not keep appointments. Will not return phone calls. Would not keep them even if they worked for free.

I have been a resident at Mercer Square Condominiums for over several years, and it has been our good fortune to have Sean Tellez as our building manager. In my experience, Sean has always been friendly yet professional, and he is very responsive to the residents’ and building’s needs.

A great example is when Dallas has experienced freezing temperatures both in 2020 and 2022. In both instances, many across the metroplex were adversely impacted, and our building was no exception. However, the quick response by Sean and team ensured that any issues were quickly addressed, and our building experienced minimal downtime.

A more personal example is when I lost my keys late one weekend, and I reached out to Sean. He drove from his home in order to allow me back into my unit. These examples and many more give me the confidence to state that Sean and team go above and beyond to ensure that myself and the rest of the residents in Mercer Square are in good hands.

Somerset is a terrible management company. Our project looks BAD. Weeds in all the planters. Common area furniture ripped and not repaired. Totally unresponsive…Parking garage is filthy.

I’ve read the other reviews and you are fortunate. We have not had a positive experience.

These are great apartments and the staff is wonderful as well. I have dealt with Veronica many times on the grounds and in the office and she has been wonderful every single time. Helpful, kind, and friendly. She is true professional and an asset the property.

This would be great place to live.

There's an "Owner's Response" to a review that I did NOT make for Somerset Management. I suspect my email address was somehow used to claim I had made a favorable review--when I did not--in order to enhance the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for Somerset. I'm sure they're hoping this would elevate their standing when searching "Property Management" companies. This feels like a sleezy business tactic on the part of Somerset.

We've used Somerset as our condo property management co for a while. Early on, Somerset went through a transition phase and we had multiple property managers in a short period of time. Luckily, that's now behind them and Marilyn has been a stable fixture in our community, constantly improving our property and providing invaluable guidance. Marilyn stepped up to the challenge, acclimating herself to the property and learning our complex history. I've had the pleasure interacting with Marilyn on a regular basis as a board member and she is continually responsive, professional, and assists any way possible. We'd be a mess without Marilyn! Thank you for everything you do!!!!
