I had used them for years prior to and with that becomes a level of trust built. However, I thought this whole time my experience with Nancy was okay, until it resulted in being audited by the IRS. I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided and strongly discourage anyone from seeking their assistance.

From the very start, I encountered nothing but a series of problems and miscommunication. The staff, Christine and another lady (I don’t know her name), displayed such a lack of professionalism. They would even discuss my sensitive tax situation with each other.

I got a letter from IRS and asked their help. Not only did I have to repeatedly chase them for updates and clarification, but they also failed to accurately assess my tax liability. As a result, I found myself under intense scrutiny that went from a measly letter to a FULL BLOWN AUDIT by the IRS – 3 YRS $50,000 TAXES AND PENALTIES!! This ordeal has caused immense stress and financial burden that could have been avoided had Nancy fulfilled her obligations correctly.

Furthermore, during the audit process, it became evident that Nancy had made numerous errors on my tax return. These mistakes, whether intentional or due to negligence, disappointingly showed their lack of expertise and attention to detail. It is unacceptable that I trusted and paid Nancy all these years to handle my taxes diligently, only to have to suffer the consequences of their sloppy work.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of AVOIDING THIS PLACE at all costs. Their subpar service and incompetence have not only resulted in financial distress but have also eroded my trust in tax preparers as a whole. I was better off filing by myself on turbo tax! I strongly urge individuals seeking tax assistance to look elsewhere for reliable and competent professionals who can ensure accurate and correct tax filings and spare you the almost $50,000 worth of taxes and penalties.

Nancy Solita (owner) was recommend through a family friend who has been going to her for years. My expectations of Nancy’s professionalism and ability to file my taxes on my behalf were shattered in early February 2020.

I made sure to take all of my necessary documents to my appointment, including a tax form from my medical provider. Nancy indicated that this health insurance form was unnecessary but I insisted she’d include it in my return since my health provider sent it to me. However she insisted that it was fine justifying it that some new law didn’t actually require it. For the $150 CASH that I was paying this women, I presumed she knew what she was talking about.

Six weeks after this encounter I received a letter from the IRS asking for that health insurance tax form that Nancy refused to include in my tax return. I submitted the form and immediately called Nancy to demand an explanation only for it to be dismissed, claiming that it was out of her hands. She of course took no accountability in failing to file the health insurance form.

Fast forward to today (mid 2020) and my tax return has YET to be filed as Nancy’s stupid mistake delayed the processing, which was ultimately delayed further more due to COVID-19. I have not received my federal tax returns and to make matters worse, the delay of processing my 2019 Tax Returns means I have nothing to submit to graduate program for necessary documentation.

Nancy Solita made a HUGE mistake with my tax return, failed to hold herself accountable and is now affecting my ability to continue pursuing my Masters degree. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
