No one there today, so service was fast. The clerk was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Problem was solved. Guard was also very efficient and friendly.

The ladies in this office are the rudest people that work "serving the public" that I've ever dealt with. The way they treated my fiance who is on disability due to health reasons, was beyond disgusting. I can't believe they are still employed. Well little do they know that not everyone accepts how they're treated and decisions they make off their own biases( Cynthia). Guess they didn't know who they were dealing with. I'm gonna go down every possible avenue to get to the bottom of how he was treated and the decisions made even after providing all the paperwork asked about that proved their justifications for their decisions wrong. Trust and believe that. If you don't like or can't do your job correctly.....move on and let someone else have it that may actually know how to treat people and do it correctly.

My first experience with the office was with the girl who sits at window number 1; she was great. Very polite and friendly. My second experience was with the woman who sat across from the security desk; window number 3 or 4, I don't remember. She was very rude and tried to make me leave before even attempting to help me. Very bad customer service. Ruined my positive impression the first girl left in my mind for the office.

Cannot get exact information have to call back again & again. One the the representatives will never answer her phone let alone call back. And I recall her words was " I hardly check my messages." And when trying to speak with another rep I couldn't hear them at all but when I barely started to hear a voice and say now I ca.... they hang up.very very poor service......

Where is the real operator?!!! Whenever i try to call there it just takes me through automated system. Press 1 press 2 press 3!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO YOU RUN ANYWAYS.? NO RECEPTIONIST OR A SOMEONE TO TALK TO!!!!! JESUS H CHRIST

Was told by the clerk that the SSA in Globe can't send SS cards to Payson (got married and needed to change my name, was heading to Globe for business and heard the Globe office is less busy than Phoenix offices) and that I would have to drive to Phoenix for that service. Clerk wouldn't give an explanation why SS cards can't be mailed to Payson when applied for in Globe.. hmm. I drove 2 hours, got to the office at 8:30 am just to find this out. Last I checked... Globe and Payson are in the same county.. Gila county. Social Security Administration is a federal agency, why can't a SS card not be mailed in the same COUNTY as the office? Would be nice if the website would state that. Very bad customer service.
