Had to give one star because you can't give less. You will definitely not be in good hands with this company. Make sure everything is done in person, with a witness present because they will take your money and leave you stranded when the mayhem shows up.

I can honestly say one of the worst insurances I ever had to deal with and especially this agency has the worst customer service as well. When I started the policy with them first of all the agent that was signing me up was just rushing Through everything and then I found out that I had a 1,000 deductible when I told that specific agent to match what my previous insurance had. I spoke to the manager I can’t remember the lady name but she was just rude and dismissive. The claim process was just horrible and the lack of customer service is just absurd. When I contacted this local agency in regards to mailing out my proof of insurance sometimes no one would pick up and when they do they are just like it takes 3 months but they never even prioritize us as customers. The last time I was told that they would forward my issue to skip Avery but he never even tried to resolve it. Up until this day they never mailed out my proof of insurance and also my policy as well. I would advise anyone else to stay away from this scam of insurance and take your business where it’s valued. I think they are just after the money and not the satisfaction of the customers. This will be my last time with this insurance and I will definitely go back to statefarm.

Deceptive marketing practices - I received an estimated annual premium letter that was specific to my home and included coverage types, for an annual premium of $797. When I called in, the agent I spoke with was kind and friendly, however the annual premium provided was more than double the letter I received, even when assuming auto bundled discounts.

I can only encourage readers not to work with businesses like this who use deceptive tactics to attempt to acquire new customers. Letters sent are not representative of anything close to reality. The only redeeming quality was the agent I spoke with who was understanding and did well to explain coverages and rates.

I have always relied on quotes/paperwork online and today after seeing add for Skip Ivery, I decided to call. I always thought that rates will be high if you work with someone local due to office expenses etc.

Zach helped me with the quote and explained all my options. He was able to provide me with a better quote than Progressive and he took care of all paperwork which includes cancelation of older policy and notification to mortgage lender for home insurance. Thank you for all the help Zach.
