I'll tell you about my bad experience with this company. I had an appointment at 5:30 pm but when I arrived there were 6 other people in line at the same time as me. When they let me into the office, they put me next to a girl who doesn’t know her job well. I came to them as professionals, but they turned out to be amateurs. This was my first time filing documents for taxes. I don't understand anything about this and they can't help with it. They simply fill out a form that I could fill out myself. But when I sat and thought about what to do, they simply told me to leave because they didn’t have time for me. My appointment lasted about 10 minutes. I said that I would not continue to see them, but the girl did not give me the documents and said that I had to pay 50 dollars for the meeting. After I paid the money, they gave me my documents and I went home. I will never contact this company again and I will tell everyone not to come here.

Third and final year. They don’t understand all refunds you are able to receive (have to go home and do research for them.) Anton the son has anger issues when you ask about additional rebates, oh and he managed to give my account number to the IRS for a one time lump sum amount withdrawal when I didn’t authorize it and then ignored my calls until I reached out to the dad which he just backed up and told me “my son is knowledgeable, don’t go there “. I’m pretty sure this is only Anton 2nd year filing taxes since he was new there last year and I’m starting to doubt if he even has all the certifications to do the fillings he has been. Not to mention they are raising prices and value of service is only going down. Will definitely be filling a complaint with the IRS and asking for a audit of the way they run their “business”. These is a place where old school Russian mom and pop go because they are Russian and put on a good “you can trust us faces”. I won’t be surprised if they respond saying “ we took care of all yours need, if you still have issues please contact me or my son Anton ?

Had an appointment for 12, arrived on time, had to wait 30 min to see someone and they refused to honor my appointment because the 12:20 appointment showed up. Waited a bit longer and just left, found another tax place. Have been going to them for years, this is very unprofessional. Don't bother making appointments, they won't honor them.
