We used SJA to manage a rental house in Bryant for my parents for two plus years (because they are elderly, I was involved in the management as well). SJA is the property manager on my rental unit for several years. Debby and Charlene are always great to work with from start of lease through several renewals - very professional, quick to respond and always see the issue through to full resolution. On the few occasions I've had a maintenance issue (which have always been very random/odd issues and at the most inconvenient hours), they have always ensured it's addressed quickly and fully.
