I had a great experience with Sill and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately a fire started at the property next to my investment property. My investment property was severely damaged. I did not think I would have a hard time with the insurance company since this was the first claim that I’ve ever had to open against a property. Needless to say, the insurance company offered me too low of a settlement. The initial amount offered would not have covered the fire damage repair cost.

Sill to the rescue! The Sill Adjuster I worked with was professional, explained the process well and kept me in the loop as he negotiated on my behalf with the insurance company. He was able to secure 3 times the initial amount of the settlement. I am now able to complete the rehab on my investment property.

I highly recommend this company. I was very pleased with their customer service, their process and the results.

My home and landscape was destroyed in a tornado in 2021. Sill stepped in and made sure all damage was paid by our home insurance! Without Sill Public Adjusters, our home would not have been repaired! Our adjuster helped us quantify our loss and made sure we received the maximum settlement as possible. Best decision we ever made was to hire The Sill Co.to interface between us & the insurance companies that covered a huge fire loss we experienced on our family farm. They more than earned their fee in assuring we received every bit of insurance coverage we were entitled to. It involved interfacing with 3 insurance companies covering the loss for 2 businesses, including tractors & mowers, & many personal items. Complex & challenging to say the least. Jeff and his team were truly life savers. No one is prepared for a house fire and when we had one, Jeff was my first call. He came that night and stayed until 2 am with us to make sure we were taken care of. By 9 am the next morning he had all out clothes at the dry cleaners and all our electronics out being cleaned so everything could be returned within a week. He helped us find a rental right away but most importantly he made sure the insurance company covered all the damage they were suppose to and we never had to worry that we wouldn't have enough money to rebuild or spend any of our own money to return our property to live in condition.
Now we are back in the house with a higher re-sale value from all the updates and we had more than enough money to replace all the personal property lost.
If you are ever unfortunate enough to suffer an insurance loss, make sure Jeff is your first call before you talk to anyone else. You wont regret it

We used them after we had a fire at a 4bed Townhouse we own. They were efficient , helpful and followed through on everything they said they would do. Most importantly they got us great bang for our buck by negotiating a very favorable assessment of all the damage allowing us to renovate our place and recuperate our losses.
