Unprofessional and disrespectful. Repeated Eviction notices despite having automatic payment with the company and never a single delinquency.
Edit: Very much appreciate the diligence of the employees who reached out to address this issue. Very Responsive customer service! Extra stars for the responsiveness.
That said I still completely disagree with the way this was done and handled. The notice is to start the clock on an eviction. Not mandated unless that is your plan. If there was any sort of real relationship rather than just an automated process tenants would not be threatened with eviction at the first possible moment to legally do so with complete disregard of their payment history.
Treated like a line on a spreadsheet.

I had the pleasure of living in a Signtime PM property from May to November, and though I had to cut my lease short due to a job relocation, my experience during those months was nothing short of excellent. When my partner and I moved in the kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. I had to clean both myself. Our building 112 W Franklin has radom homeless people living in the hallway, yes the hallway. Nothing is being done about it. People do drugs and go to the bathroom on the floor. Needles everywhere. It awful. It's not safe. One of signtimes staff is more concerning about trash on my deck than removing the homeless from the building. The over all appearance of the building is less than par.
