First time renter and Trez was amazing and helped the process go as smooth as possible. I absolutely love the home I am renting and has truly felt like a home! Had one maintenance issue last year and used their online portal and they had a professional out the next day and solved the issue with minimal stress! Got back with me fast for lease renewal and easily reachable by text as well! I could not say one issue with this renting management company or the home I have been renting. As this being my first time moving out and adjusting to adult life in college, I could not dream of a better house to rent

Maintenance responds well, the rest of my interactions have been pretty negative. Since moving in. Paperwork that was accepted when I signed the lease became questioned later on making me jump through hoops. The interactions have felt accusatory like I’m trying to scam them in some way. Seems unprofessional to say the least. If it weren’t for maintenance it would be a 1 star.

Once again, I'm highly satisfied with this rental, and my family as well. I appreciate this place when the city of Carbondale is going down hill with housing options.

I like the apartment. The S. I. P. M. staff address the needs of the property, efferently. The piece is inline with the stand of living. No Bugs! The tend to that monthly which is nice.

They never answer phones. I waited months for repairs. I asked for my safety for locks to be changed I was told to just put furniture in front of the door because they couldn’t be. Bothered and they didn’t want me to change it myself. They bought properties and refuse to honor last months rent paid at the time of signing the lease and double charge. They also refuse to return security deposits regardless of them acknowledging the unit was improved by the tenant. Their finance woman will scold you and hang up when she has to look back at records or have to hear the explanation for how things are incorrect because my voice sound “angry” I just have anxiety. I would advise to avoid this company at alllllll costs. It’s not worth the abuse THIS company is capable of and comfortable with. Yes landlords suck, but SI property management is the next level of greedy and unresponsive.

I currently rent with them. I have been trying to renew my lease for over a month and they have not returned my calls or answered my messages. They are an absolute nightmare to get in contact with. My lease started on 7/1/2023 and I was not able to move in until 2 weeks after that. When I first moved in, there was a broken pipe that took over a month for them to send someone to fix. I would not recommend renting with them. Seemingly the only redemption here is Trez. Every interaction I had with him when I first moved in a year ago was pleasant, and he was actually helpful and responsive. I’m not sure anyone else actually works there😅

I moved out of Ashburn Court apartments over 2 months ago, and I was told that it would take about 45 days to get my deposit back. I have yet to receive my deposit. I have gotten in touch with the property manager several times, with no results. The property manager finally gave me the direct line to the owners stating that they were not answering calls or messages from him. When I called the direct line, the woman on the phone did not even know how much the deposit was for. I have tried to call the owners, and they do not answer. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. I just want my money back.
