Taylor Weathers is one of the nicest Insurance agent that me and my wife have dealt with in a long, long time. He was super fast with getting policy quotes for me before I signed up with him. stayed in contact with me the whole time until the day I came in and signed up and takes care of me whenever I need him, whenever I call. If you’re ever looking for a great agent and someone that will actually take care of you and listen to you and talk to you, give Taylor Wethers call at Shelter insurance.

When Microsoft went down, my automatic payment didn’t go through.
They NEVER called me to see what happened (when it was obvious what happened)
I was unaware that my AUTOMATIC payment didn’t go through. But they never reached out to ask anything. I HAD THE MONEY. I received a cancellation letter. (I don’t like that kind of customer service so I let them cancel me.)

30 days later my registration is revoked and I have to pay $100 to get that back legal. And I have to pay $230 down payment to start insurance again and $130 monthly after that.

So they reported me for not having insurance after they made 0 effort to reach out and see what happened. I’m livid. NEVER AGAIN

THATS $500 just to get legal and have insurance off the top. BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BC THEY REPORT YOU IMMEDIATELY AFTER NOT BEING INSURED.

Taylor is a pleasure to deal with, personable, professional, polite, well mannered and dressed, and anxious to accommodate his clients' needs. He dealt with my complex situation with speed and efficiency.

Shelter's auto policy premium is a bit more than I was paying with my AARP policy, but I had half-a-decade's discounts built up with them and I'm starting new with Shelter, so I'm well satisfied.

If you call them with any questions, they make sure to call you back AND take the time to explain everything.
