BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Luke Roth when it came to insuring my real estate property. I specifically asked him if a particular aspect of my property was covered, and he assured me that it was. The property was being rehabbed and was to be vacant for over 30 days. However, when an issue arose and I needed to file a claim, I was shocked to find out that the coverage was never in place.

This was not a simple oversight—it was a direct failure to provide accurate and reliable information. As an insurance professional, I expected him to be thorough and transparent, but instead, his mistake left me completely unprotected when I needed it most. I paid directly out of pocket. He does not pick up his phone and his response to his mistake was "whoops"

If you’re looking for someone to handle your insurance properly, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The lack of accountability and professionalism in this situation was unacceptable.

Fairly just and justly fair! Luke hooked me up with great coverage at a price that beats the big box guys like State Farm and Nationwide, but with a personal touch and a relationship that makes the difference. I feel like I know Luke on a personal level, which I can’t say for any other insurance agent! Will be back for more policies as soon as I can get more cars
