I’ve know Shawn for years. He’s been a fantastic agent who explains the various coverage options clearly and advising what coverage I really should have. He was knowledgeable in explaining the differences between State Farm policies and a competitor’s offer. He and his staff are very responsive and State Farm did a great job handling an auto accident claim we had. I would highly recommend Shawn.

Do your children know the names and phone numbers of your insurance agent and their office staff? Ours do. Our adult children all know that if they need help with anything related to insurance, their first call should be to Shawn Thacker and the incredibly good staff at his office. Case in point: when my daughter's car was T-boned in a hit-and-run, the staff in Shawn's office went way above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and had the transportation she needed to get to and from work. The receptionist at the car repair shop was stunned. "You know the name of your agent?!" she asked. "Yes" "And they know YOUR name?" "Absolutely. Known them for years." "Wow. That's unbelievable."
