I have been a sharefax member for many years. They have always gone above and beyond to help me. Ashley and all the workers there are so amazing. Ashley spent almost an hour helping me with my problems and got me the information I needed. The online banking is easy as well. Internal or external transfers along with all kinds of neat extras. They have also help tremendously with my credit score. Thank you for all you do for us at sharefax.

I recently applied for a joint Checking and Savings account for my wife and me. However, I received a letter stating that my application was denied without providing any reason. To understand the issue, I called the branch directly, but was rerouted to their customer call center. The representative informed me that I needed to speak with someone at the Milford branch, despite my initial call being directed there. When I requested a direct line to the branch, I was told that such a number does not exist. This experience was a waste of time and reflects poorly on the bank's customer service. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I end up using this credit union at least 1-2 times a month , I am NOT a member there but they provide services for my credit union . It is so handy for me to be able to use this branch . The staff are helpful and polite and I am so thankful that they are there and are "friendly" .

Customer service could be better, especially when I’m the only customer waiting in the lobby and there are 3 tellers around.
