Our lender advised us that we needed some documentation right away or our closing date would be pushed back and force us to redo our loan process. Shannon’s office was closed for the holiday, but we were able to contact him on the numbers that he provides. Shannon quickly responded to us and went into the office on his holiday to make sure that we got the documentation that we needed in time. That’s great customer service.
