What can I say about this State Farm Office ran by Shanna Stringfield it is the best with exceptional people. Everyone, in the office has been there for me on a professional and personal level. I am writing today about Carla Cannon. She is such a people person and just her voice is calming to me on a stressful work day. Well last week I called Carla to request three quotes and then she told me I will email them to you. Carla is so efficient at her job. I purchased my vehicle over the weekend and I was nervous because Statefarm wasn't open the Saturday. I did a quote over the internet with a different company just to see what I would be working with $346.00. I wish I never made that move because I couldn't sleep at all Sunday night. Well when I spoke to Carla on Monday and she did my quote and explained the coverage and it was lower with Statefarm not just because I was getting a multi discount with my car but because of my home owners insurance. As usual Carla had a way to bring me peace. Also, Carla always points out different scenarios to make sure I make the right choice. The last time I purchased a car nine years ago I wasn't making any progress and Carla suggested to me to go back to the Dealership I purchased my current car at the time and well she was right. I was approved the same day and Carla made the insurance process so easy. Thanks again Carla.
