Serenity Management is a poor excuse of a Property management team! Overall a failure!
St.Elizabeth apartments will continue to go down hill and be a struggling property if we don’t change this management!
The building is never kept up the gates are continually being broken, all of the doors are broken they need security 24hours residents have been robbed, killed, packages being stolen! You have no control over our community here and it’s sad. The turnover in the office is crazy everybody you hire leave! It’s nice infestation in the building that tenants complain about & it’s nothing being done! Air/Heat has been out for over a week and nothing was done! This property will continue to be a complete failure I’m sure all of their properties are like this! Run don’t even bother to apply
