Dictators, can't reason with them, 44 days since I filled a claim, their insured driver admitted guilt and they use this company called vspec to evaluate my truck and they say it's worth half as much and I am tired and need to get my truck fixed and get back to work and have to take whatever they are offering, shame on this instance company

6 months post workers como and they are useless. They don’t answer call. Their supervisor Eric Lyons is also useless. If you have a workers como case retain a attorney and don’t do it with out. They don’t pay bills, return calls and can careless about your health or injury

Couldn’t find what I was looking for regarding their Workman’s Comp division and had to circle backwards to another source. Additionally when I did get info I needed from assigned agent, she was somewhat helpful despite obviously working from home around distractions I contended with in the background.

So I was sitting at a stop light on a high way road 5/11/19 when a sentry insurance driver of a 18 wheeler hit me in the rear doing 60mph and causing a 5 car accident today is 5/28/19 sentry insurance has yet to pay for my totaled suv nor attempted to contact me to pay for my hospital bills sentry insurance driver is clearly at fault and I have no vehicle and no rental car from this insurance company and when I contacted them it took 10 days for them to get ahold of me to tell that there lawyers will be contacting me threw mail this is the worst insurance agency that u would want to get god only know if your the driver of a accident they wouldn’t help you I would not recommend this insurance company for you best interest
