I’ve tried to refrain from this review but I’m tired! I rarely come into the branch but whenever I have had to the wait is RIDICULOUS when you need to speak to someone at the desk. It appears the bank has the least required employees they can get away with and the desk becomes a complete conversation station! While I understand having a report with customers there should be a balance between extended conversations and being polite. When there are people waiting you should be mindful and not carry long casual conversation which is prolonging the transaction. In a Friday when it’s the possibly busiest time and you have half your staff off on vacation you would think as a company they would bring in others to assist but they don’t. Its bad and they clearly don’t care and customers just deal because it’s the only location in the area. You shouldn’t have to plan for an hour and a half at a bank and what’s the point of all these offices and desk when it’s one person all the time maybe 2

I absolutely love visiting the Owings Mills branch. I met with Ms. Armstrong and nothing but kudos to her. She was extremely professional and very courteous. Great customer service goes a long way. She is nothing but an asset to the branch.

The office was clean with adequate spacing. My only suggestion is that the computer sign-in process be shorter and clearer.
