We just recently bought a house in Ohio. We live in Massachusetts right now until we move. I asked for the deed to be mailed to my address in Massachusetts and they mailed it to the address I’m moving to. That makes no sense since no one is living there yet and I specifically asked for it to be sent here. Now our deed is lost somewhere and they don’t want to take responsibility for it. Unreal. They will take your money but don’t do what the customer wants .

When you need title work done there is no place else I trust more in the Ohio Valley, than Secure Title Services.
Fast, friendly, honest, and EXTREMELY hardworking! I have used them for my personal homes and for most of my clients when I was a Realtor. Laurie Deal has a mighty fine crew! Love working with her and Beresa to close a deal. I can’t recommend them enough!
