Alan Myhre was my property manager, and is one of the best I've ever seen. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Many of us have heard the property manager horror stories ... where you trust one or pay one, and they do nothing (except collect the fee). Alan is the opposite. I contracted with him to find a tenant for my rental unit. He started with a thorough inspection and inventory, and actually read the HOA's documents. He posted his own ad with his own photos, and found a number of prospects despite there being a slow market. I think he landed a very good tenant for me, though time will tell. Along the way, he kept me informed of his progress, and I have high confidence in him and the result. I very much appreciate his world class move-in walkthrough, too. If all property managers were like him, the profession would have a very high reputation.
