Sean was by far the best insurance agent I’ve met. He took time out to explain the different plans and was able to break them down into terms that I understood. Sean and Jillian are extremely efficient. What else do you need from an insurance provider? You never think about that all the years that you pay your premiums and you get cranky and say I'm paying out all this money for nothing -- until something comes along where you need help. I had a tree crash into my house due to a storm. I had never experienced anything like that in my life but one call to these folks and everything basically was handled. They sent out an adjuster and then cut a check for the damages within 3 days. That is service when most needed.
Amazingly two months later a reckless driver totaled my car. Within two days I had a check in hand and they guided me through all of the procedures for what to do. Thanks so much.
