Highly recommend Scott Wood! I was a long time customer of Nationwide insurance many years ago before we made the switch to State Farm. Scott has been our insurance rep for over a year now. Every time we have needed anything or had a question he and his staff are quick to answer and provide excellent customer service. We use Scott for all of our insurance, and we are so glad that we do ! We have great rates and EXCELLENT customer service. We had a claim in our home owners insurance that we anticipated to be a nightmare ; Scott's office immediately directed us what to do , got the adjuster out to us quickly and the adjuster ( Kevin Grey ) was extremely helpful , kind and courteous. We are receiving guidance and help in record time !!! We couldn't be more pleased with State Farm , Scott's office staff, the adjuster, and how professionally the situation is being handled. This insurance company told me that I was ineligible solely based on my credit score and that is something that they are not supposed to do but they did it to me I would never send anyone I know to this joke of an insurance company
