Every time I go in, I hope Keni is there. He is so kind and helpful. He’s very good at giving quick comprehensive explanations and I have never felt stupid asking about something I didn’t understand, even if it’s something that seems like common sense.

The staff at this location are always cheerful, helpful, and attentive. After a couple visits, I closed my accounts with a few big banks I had cards with and now only bank with SchoolsFirstFCU. Credit Unions>>>>>>Big Banks.

Tabitha is amazing!! We walked knowing what we wanted and had previously called to make sure we had all necessary documents. Once we came in they told us the process was different and we needed to wait longer for what we needed to do. My husband was extremely upset and it became a heated situation. Tabitha did an amazing job at deescalating the situation and coming to us with a proper solution that ultimately gave us the outcome we desired. Thank you so much again Tabitha, you are the best!!
