Could not ask for a better property management company! They have been very attentive to all of our needs and questions. I feel very comfortable that they will be ready to help for anything that comes up in the future. Every interaction with them feels like you have their full attention and they put your needs first! We have been primarily working with Mila who has been fantastic! She has been available for all of our questions no matter what time of day and responds very quickly!

Our thermostat said no power to the wiring . After an hour with tech support I called the property manager and she got ahold of her HVAC company and they sent a tech and Everything was fixed in less time than I spent troubleshooting and on the phone! I am So happy! The young man who came was very friendly and efficient! 10 out of 10!👍Tri Cities Heating and Air! Fabulous! Scheele Property Management! THE BEST! It never ceases to amaze me-at how you can cross paths with people that make you feel right at home.
One day, I walked into the office for Scheele Property management and felt very welcomed by the team. Especially, by the presence of Louisa and Mila.
It was nice to see a face and know that I was in good hands with Louisa. Especially, when needing something fixed or improved at place of rental.
Mila demonstrates excellent communication skills and flexibility; by returning calls and answering questions, that pertained to scheduled times for maintenance inspections.
There are so many qualities about this team when it comes to managing a property or placing a tenant in a rental that fit their needs, but the most valuable was that they treat you like family.
They take the time to hear you out for what you consider a home to be. It was heartwarming to see how the team treated each other at their place of work with care, respect, and kindness.
