A few years back, my wife and I switched our homeowners insurance and auto insurance to American Family Insurance because they provided great coverage at far lower premiums than all other major insurance companies that I obtained quotes from.

Sara and Lisa are super pleasant to work with. Both are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, responsive, cheerful, and do their best to meet our needs, both for home and auto insurance. I have mostly worked with Lisa recently, and she always answers when I call. It's great to reach a live, local person that I know when I have a question. She also is very responsive with answers when she needs to research something for me.
