Rate increases due to drive app glitches. Not wanting to register both me and my husband. Then my sister in law was on the policy when no one mentioned her at all. When we told them to remove her when she wasnt listed as an active driver it made the policy go up. Tell me how that makes sense. So they put her back on and my policy still isnt the same as before and I just have to deal with that because the rate was just higher that day. If you want to make several calls to this place go for it. After my renewal Ill be looking into other companies.

I called and spoke with Sara at 11:50am today when I noticed an issue with my new policy. I explained to her that I needed to fix the issue fast bc I had 2 hours before needing to drive to get my kids from school and did not want a ticket bc of the issue with my policy. She assured me they would get to the bottom of it and have Megan call me within an hour once she was finished with with another customer. I waited and called back exactly an hour later. Only to be told that both Sara and Megan went to lunch together and I would have to wait yet another hour for them to return. Thankfully I called GEICO and was able to set up a new policy with them in less than 10 minutes at a better rate. Then Megan decided to blow my phone up at 2pm back to back ready to waste my time some more. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
And not once did I receive an email or app notification letting me know there was an issue with my policy. I just happened to open my app and realized the issue. Smh NEVER AGAIN!

Insurance is insurance when pricing, the industry has created a situation where it’s foolish not to shop. Service is another thing. For pricing Sarah Millers Allstate is saving me money, a LOT of money when compared to the USAA insurance I had. The service and attention has been exemplary and personal unlike my experience with State Farm many years ago. I’m certainly done shopping and hoping for a long term relationship with Sarah and Allstate.

Absolutely the best customer service! I switched recently from a different insurance company and I couldn’t be happier! Last year I had a wreck and these Agents went above and beyond for me, even when I was annoying with calls every day after. They have the lowest rates for motorcycles that I have ever found! EVEN BETTER THAN PROGRESSIVE! I finally got another bike and my rate was better than fair! I know now that I can ride comfortably knowing that if something was to happen they have my back 100%. Thank you Megan and Sara keep the good work up! #Allstate4life

I used to have Progressive insurance, never was too happy with them. they went up on my rates by almost $150 years ago. i couldn’t afford that! I heard so many great things about Allstate so i contacted them, they have been nothing helpful and caring for me! just this month, i got a $100 credit to my account just for being a safe driver! they pay YOU for being a good driver! who else can say that! I recommend Allstate to anyone i see!! i wish i had gone with Allstate the second i got a car! they truly are the best you can get!!
