Deplorable management company. I had a lease and they decided to turn off the gas and water to the bldg. Allowed crime to run rampant. NOT SAFE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! ESPECIALLY IN COLUMBUS OHIO!!! They drain funds and leave complete properties in disarray.

I applied for an apartment and apparently with them. They did not tell me I got approved I didn’t get a call or email so for over a month nothing. I called and tried to figure out what’s up. Oh I didn’t put down the deposit. How was I supposed to know. No one called I tried to call and no one answered. They then said they will get me in if I still want to. I said I need to think about this and they wanted me to pay 800 right then and there I said I didn’t have the money it’s Wednesday they gave me until next week then they will give it up. I was told once again they would call. NOTHING. Now I’m getting emails saying I owe money to them and to. Turn in the keys. WHAT KEYS. I didn’t sign anything. I didn’t even do a deposit. I called the agent finally got someone they said they will take me off. Guess who’s still getting a bill and it’s almost over 2k. And no one will answer. If this comes on to my credit or they don’t take me off soon I’m suing

If I could give zero stars I would. I lived at East Worthington Village. The management is terrible. My first unit got flooded out because there was a leak on the roof. A lot of my property was damaged by the water. They moved me to another unit a few doors down. The new units dish washer didn’t even work and when I called to let them know they said they would replace it and never did. I’ve had to call five times to have a maintenance worker come and fix my closet door because it fell off the hinges, no one ever came to fix it. There’s bugs and rodents in the units as well. It may look nice in the photos but everything was cheaply renovated! The paint on my shower walls and tub started chipping off because they didn’t put coating over it. I don’t ever recommend living here. RUN!!

Currently waiting on Michelle Wyrick to meet me for my deposit. She's been hiding from me. Worst place to rent from. They are money hungry. They don't fix anything so please dont listen to them good paid reviews. They have had bad ratings for years! Unless you are desperate and this is the last resort. What looks good isn't always good. Remember that when looking at these places!

SAR Property Mgmt. is an amazing company. I live at Linton Oaks, and interact with Tonya and Stacy regularly. They are both professional, and will do what it takes to make sure the property (and residents) are taken care of! The customer service that these two women provide is world class. It's truly an honor to know them. Work orders are done quickly, and they are done right the first time. No going back over and over again. There is no "back burner" for the office staff. If it's important to me, it's important to them. I plan to renew my lease when it comes time. I want to stay here as long as I'm able. I'm happy here. I'm home. Thank you SAR Property Mgmt. Tonya, and Stacy for all you do!

I applied at a property on Alison Ct that was supposed to open up months ago. They took my application fee and have been giving me the run around. I haven’t been able to tour and it looks like the Spanish workers are living in the RV in the picture and in the vacant units they claim we’re going to be ready back in July. Beware of this company.

They do not respond to texts. Can't get ahold of them on phone. Supposed to be at rental unit by certain time and they do not show up. Poorly maintained property. Mail all over ground at mailbox. You have to share mailboxes.

After 3 months I don't have my security deposit.
When I call everyone has the same sentence "I will send an email to my manager then I call you back when I have the response"
I'm still waiting for after 3 months and I don't when I will have it.
