I needed an appraisal to get my PMI removed. Being new to the area, I contacted several appraisers. When I contacted Sanicola Appraisals, LLC it was readily apparent they’re a cut above the rest. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and honesty displayed by Peter. He took the time to learn about my property and inquire as to why I was seeking an appraisal. He carefully explained the process, answered all of my questions, and even encouraged me to contact my lender again to make sure that I was able to submit an appraisal to remove the PMI as most lenders have the home owner schedule it through them. Peter advised he didn’t want me to end up paying for an appraisal that I couldn’t use. Most appraisers would just take the cash and not even bother to raise this potential roadblock with the client. This is a testament to Pete’s character that I certainly took notice of and appreciated. Peter showed up for our appointment on time despite a snow storm hitting the area. He is an affable man and does a thorough job performing a fair estimate of your property. The turn-around time from the appointment to receiving your appraisal is very reasonable. The end product he delivers is a professional and thorough appraisal both in content and presentation. I highly recommend Sanicola Appraisals, LLC. Thanks Pete!
