very short and unfriendly response from the lady on the phone.
she said she'll email the policy, I haven't received it for quite a while, trying to call several times during the day , no answer!
finally got an answer on the phone. My email address was wrong..
The website for doing it yourself is very confusing and unhelpful.
exemple - they ask you if you are insuring a car or motorcycle- when choosing motorcycle , the drop down offers cars models and some motorcycles.. my BMW GS was not an option..
