State Farm has always been great with me. I had an auto policy with them in TX and after having to switch to a different agency after moving to AZ, I realized I had to go back to State Farm for many reasons. Their customer service is amazing!!! You talk to a real person every time. They're great at answering questions and making you feel like an actual person and not just a number. The staff at Sam Winter’s office is fantastic. Katrina has helped me for years with any question I have and I’ve recently spoke to Heather who was so knowledgeable and helpful as well. I’m very thankful for their staff and thankful I feel I can rely on them if needed.
