I received what seemed to be a threatening letter from the agency and it upset my wife so much that I had to take her to the emergency room. Come to find out, the letter was sent to me because of a requirement for people in my situation to show proof of insurance by a certain time and if this proof is not received then I would be responsible for a payment of more than twice my current insurance payment with less coverage. This is unacceptable to me the wording on the letter is not clear about what who or why.

This is a terrible insurance. They move at their own pace. I have been without my vehicle for 2 weeks. They have extra rules other insurance companies don't have. They are not trying to fix my issues at a reasonable time and manner.
